Genuinely lovely person, honest & proactive

We have nothing but nice things to say about James. We found him to be really transparent and honest about the property and through the negotiation process, which we have found to be rare in these times in such a hot market. James recognised that buying this house was a really exciting step for us as a family. He came to our house after dinner to sign the contract and later met us at the property just so we could take a picture of putting the sold sticker up, all on a Sunday night! He's a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.
