I have worked with Tim over the past 10 years. Over this time, Tim has assisted me several times, providing market appraisal on my properties, free of charge. His market knowledge is well trusted and he has his finger on the pulse. We chose Tim to handle a recent property sale (2 bedroom unit in Fairlight). I found Tim & his great team - Gavin & Amber (special thanks to Amber who does an amazing job behind the scenes) courteous, helpful and willing to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I had contact with the team on a daily basis throughout the campaign and Tim really listened to the qualities we saw in our property, and he shared these with the interested buyers. We came up with an incentive scheme for the sales commission, which we thought might help motivate the agent to take the property to the value we believed fit the market. Tim & his team sold the property quickly and we were happy with the price achieved (especially given tough covid times and being so close to christmas we were debious of what result may arise).
