In short - Susie is an agent we can trust, and have done so now on 3 different house sales. So many agents dangle an unrealistic selling price to secure an agency and then not only don’t deliver, but end up costing their clients money because they wait for a Unicorn buyer. Susie does not do that. She does the hard work on nuanced comparables, the state of the market, photography, descriptions, marketing plan and house preparation. She has an orchestra of great trades at her beck and call if needed. She’s unflappable and great with the buyers.
