We chose to engage the services of Tim Cullen of McGrath manly . It was soon obvious that he was across his brief ! He instructed us well by way of information , styling is worthwhile for instance . The home was sold in two weeks at a price we were happy with . It might be true that if we went to auction we might have got a higher offer .
