Always going above and beyond

Patrick was always working, always trying to think of something more he could do to help. Communication was excellent and ongoing. We chose him because of his knowledge of the local market and he certainly demonstrated this. He was easily able to answer nuanced questions from prospective buyers with confidence. He was also brilliant at liaising with so many different parties- us, our current tenant, prospective buyers and the conveyancer. We really didn’t have to do much at all.
