To add context to these comments I really don't like realestate agents. I have found then after buying and selling 6 homes distrustful and yes men. Trip my surprise then Patrick was not like this at all. Great communication. Did what he promised and realised the price that he said. Good knowledge of the market enabled a realistic conversation on price. He went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with maintenance items and cleaning out junk that was left from a poor tenant. Patrick literally climbed into the roof space to retrieve said items. I cannot recommend Patrick enough to future clients. I am happy to expand on these comments 0449 544283
