Totally disappointed

The agent Kerrie Hannah, was extremely difficult to deal with, didn't return calls, when we did speak on the phone she was rude abrupt, had no customer service skills, I felt like I was annoying her when trying to discuss anything, I was never shown any customer service as the owner of the property. The unit was left in a dirty condition, the fiasco with keys , the painter the carpet layer the electrician could all enter the property but when I asked for another cleaner to attend, they couldn't gain entry , the unit is still not cleaned to my satisfaction. Also she was not aware of the storage unit attached to the building.I am frustrated and disappointed and once the new tenant is settled in I will be changing management agents, I have been with you for a long time, but be aware I am done with McGrath Sawtell
