Meeting Kate during my search for a new home was incredibly lucky. Searching in a tight market was causing me a lot of anxiety and stress. Kate kindly offered to send me information about a potential home shortly after we met. True to her word she shared the property with me and soon allowed me to inspect it. The property was perfect for me and ticked every box. She kept in regular contact with me and encouraged me to stay patient whilst waiting for paperwork. Kate was empathetic to my situation and enthusiastic about helping me. Settlement day was exciting for us both. Kate took the time to meet me at my new home and celebrate together.
