Sale at auction by Billy Jaz of our acreage property, 2 Evergreen Drive Elanora
We witnessed first hand that Billy was a dedicated man when we saw how much legwork and time he put into hand delivering brochures in his specialised area of expertise, Elanora. This enthusiasm and commitment certainly continued throughout, from our first meeting to the eventual sale of our acreage property. Billy is confident, capable, knowledgeable, ambitious, engaging, dependable, dedicated, energetic, courteous, very well presented (even on the hottest of days!) and a forward thinker. He was prompt and precise in all matters, and is a good listener who was respectful of our opinions, whilst politely offering his own thoughts and helpful suggestions. It was very refreshing to see that everything Billy said he would do he actually did, unlike other agents we have dealt with in the past. Billy is very conscientious, and his engaging demeanour, courtesy and impressive work ethic all contributed towards creating a trusted and pleasant rapport and, most importantly, a good result - we were so pleased that the property sold at auction after a well devised 3 week campaign. Billy was also very ably assisted by Gabby Ferguson during the sale of our property. We found her to be friendly, enthusiastic, helpful, well presented, an excellent communicator and generally a pleasure to deal with.
