The selling process from start to finish was made easy, stress free and went extremely smoothly. It was evident from our first meeting that Rowan had a good knowledge of the local market and also a desire to help sell our property in the way we wanted, rather than pushing his own agenda. Rowan was always respectful and happy to answer all our questions. He communicated in a timely manner and returned calls and followed up matters quickly.
