Amazing service

It was such a pleasure to work with Sam. From our first meeting to ask for property valuation, advice in regards to selling as is or doing some renovation work, his knowledge was invaluable. He was never intrusive as we worked towards our goal and to achieve the best outcome at auction. No question was ever to much trouble and advice was invaluable whilst always encouraging us along the way in the renovations and making sure we were not over capitalising on the property.
