Shannon was very easy to deal with, he presented as honest, professional and straightforward. He was able to answer our questions, or undertook to find the answers for us. As we weren't local purchasers, Shannon's knowledge of the Cooma area was helpful in narrowing down our choices, not that we had many properties to choose from! Once our offer was accepted, Shannon responded to our queries efficiently and we particularly appreciated his organising of the building and pest inspections.
