Having a happy and meaningful conversation with staff when we call them.

When we had to move from a property that we had no control of, they were there to help and support our family on getting a property with in a few weeks of us being notified of vacating the property. How they displayed themselves as being professional and caring, was so wonderful made us feel that people do care about people when things happen out of their control. We are so grateful that we are under the management of McGrath Springfield, as they continue their professional and caring nature towards us as tenants.
