we found ourselves in a position where we had to sell our house in order to buy our next dream home. Most estate agents were keen to help us until they found this fact out. Matt was really great and not just willing to work with us but went the extra mile in helping us sell our home while negotiating the purchase of our new home. It wasn't easy buying and selling at the same time and we had lots of crazy moments but in the end it all worked out.
