It was our second time Aaron dealt in selling our house. We say 110% hard working team, Aaron and Alana, handled in such an efficient professional knowledge and friendly manner with all the time table prepared and worked/followed on time table, showing us of his strategy planned and handled, hence, we could see where we were at every stage. We were so happy whatever we could improve our old house, turning to such a beautiful home, and we had prepared for the auction whatever the result would be. Well, as the result, it was amazing result that the final auction price came up $145000 over the reserved, obviously the Auctioneer did such a wonderful job, with sparkle strong voice with friendly talk.
