David, just wanted to say huge thank you for all the work that you've put in to selling our property and helping us to get the best price possible. It's been a long a at times frustrating process for all of us, but you've done such a great job at managing all the prep work and repairs, keeping us informed every step of the way, not losing faith in selling our house and never putting any pressure on us in decisions we had to make and eventually fetching a fair price for the property. Your knowledge, patience and professionalism didn't go unnoticed and I personally wanted to say huge thank you for everything that you've done.
