David Beveridge and the sale of 54 Benaroon Avenue St Ives.

Early in 2014 we undertook to sell the family home of my late aunt in Benaroon Avenue, St.Ives. Doing so from Brisbane we engaged David Beveridge from Richardson and Wrench because he was quick off the mark when we made our initial enquiries, and my wife, also a realtor, knew it was clear by David's manner that he was the agent to go with. The home was sold by auction for a great price but there were complications - my aunt died the day before the auction, and it took another five months before probate was granted, and the house was sold. There were plenty of headaches but the buyer wanted the home and everything was OK in the end, mainly thanks to expert handling of the process by David. We also sold another property from the estate in Westleigh later in the year and had no hesitation in engaging David to undertake this, When you do things from a distance you need some luck and there was no doubt we had a ton of luck finding David. We couldn't have wished for a more professional agent to handle these affairs and I endorse his expertise and professionalism without hesitation. A big thank you David for all you did.
