We initially purchased this house through Mat and the agency and subsequently sold the property through Mat. We were thoroughly impressed with the way we were looked after as a buyer and this factored in for us when choosing an agent to list with for our sale. The agency systems are certainly outstanding, with constant feedback, information about the process/stage and the staff were great - but when it comes to the often highly emotional side of selling a home, the agent plays such an important role and we could not have been happier with the support from Mat. Mat worked tirelessly for us with a level of determination and focus that made us feel very comfortable in what was quite a changing and challenging market.
