Good knowledge, very good communication and professionalism

We found the team at McGrath to always be very helpful and courteous. The sale process took a few weeks longer than originally programmed and the auction date was moved back by several weeks in what seemed to be a slow market. Ultimately thought, the sale was achieved before the auction date and we were satisfied with the price.
