Proactive, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator

Adrian knows the area pretty well and provided a good analysis of the property and the suburb. He walked me through the pros and cons of a property and gave an honest and accurate evaluation of the house. I never needed to follow up anything with him, and he always took the initiative to chase up on the items. Every communication was an example of excellent client relationship management.
