Abby was an excellent representative of us in the recent sale of our unit in Boronia. At all times we were pleased with the professionalism of Abby and her team and were very happy with the final price settled on. When we first met Abby she outlined prices/fees and expectations clearly of both agent and seller and she was friendly and helpful with pointers in preparing the unit for the sale. The only negatives that bear mentioning are; upon receiving an offer Abby then renegotiated the previously agreed commission to the agency's advantage, and the photos of the unit were never supplied to us as buyers despite requesting them. Overall we were happy with the sale and with Abby as an agent.
