Selling in Windsor or surrounding suburbs? You won’t get a better agent than Cayle Blaxland

If you are reading this review then good chance you are looking for an agent. I can’t recommend Cayle highly enough - you will not be disappointed! Cayle has an amazing network in the area and is very present in the market, without being pushy or annoying. He is honest, hard working and easy to work with. Cayle was in contact with me regularly over the 2 years before I decided to sell, calling every 2 or 3 months without fail. The conversations weren’t pushy or lacking substance, but friendly and informative. To be completely honest in the end he was the only agent that I answered my phone to, as the others would call and when I said I wasn’t looking to sell right now, I never heard from them again. They were generally pesty in nature and besides the sale conversation didn’t have much substance. The fact that Cayle has regular contact with current and future clientele is the key reason I chose him. I’m sure he has the same level of ongoing contact with all his clientele and this was evident when it came to sale time. Cayle called me one day following an auction nearby and advised that he had a couple of bidders who missed out and asked if he could bring them through. I was considering selling as I had found another property that I was interested in, so a little sceptical, I told Cayle to bring his clients past. I told him I only wanted serious buyers who have an extra $150k in the bank to fix the house up (it was in pretty ordinary condition). I also advised that I know all the issues with the property so please don’t waste my time with tyre kickers. Cayle advised that he could stick to my rules and would only bring through qualified buyers. So we set up a time one Saturday and Cayle brought through 7 groups, on the Monday I had 3 offers and sold my home for a price that was in the range I set pre inspection. This isn’t the first property that I’ve sold, I’ve sold 4, so I know a good and bad experience… I can confidently say that Cayle won’t let you down.
