Better Than First Class

Prior to selling our property which has been our happy home over the past 26 years, we planned to invite a couple of realestate agents that appeared to be popular in the area. After meeting Cayle we decided “He’s the one” without doing any further research. We have to give ourselves a big pat on the back for having made that VERY crucial decision. We have bought and sold many times in the past 40+ years and every time property sale had been one of the most stressful and emotional process in our life so we expected the same this time. It has turned out to be quite a different experience. Emotional? of course; Hard work? no doubt; Stressful? surprisingly, only a little nervous initially but all the stress seemed to go away, as if we had convinced ourselves that “We are in good hands, no need to worry as Cayle and his team are taking care of everything so well”. At all times, Cayle's enthusiasm, professionalism, experiences, hard working and superb communication skills have won our admiration over the very short time leading to signing the sale contract, just over two weeks after the launch. We definitely felt that Cayle worked tirelessly all hours (literally) for us. He listened to our needs, he researched potential buyers needs/requirements and always came up with very well considered response. We think that Cayle goes over and above what we generally expect from a real estate agent. In fact we felt like we have gained a personal friend. Although we are so thrilled that the sale has gone so smoothly with excellent outcome, we can’t help feeling sad that we won’t be seeing/talking regularly to Cayle after we move on. We cannot recommend Cayle and his team highly enough.
