A Seller and a Buyer review

We met Christian and the One Agency team when we were looking to purchase a unit in the Wollongong area. During our initial enquiries we received timely responses to our questions that helped us prepare our finances and strategies for auction day. Woo hoo .. we were successful at Auction and absolutely delighted with the after sale support by the team. This helped us prepare for the transaction in a confident and secure manner. It was this confidence that led us to meet with Christian to discuss the upcoming sale of our home now that we had secured our dream unit in an ideal location. I had actually decided on another agent to sell our property but after meeting with Christian and considering the marketing strategy he was proposing, I changed my mind. We signed up and started the work necessary to get the property on the market. This was made all the more difficult for my husband and me because I was due to start an overseas holiday just days before our first open house. My fears that leaving this to my husband would be just too much for me were allayed when Christian provided the perfect solution by using one of his talented team to make sure the property was up to scratch before each showing. The property only took 4 weeks to sell and once again the support provided by One Agency in getting all our documentation etc in order was just fantastic.
