The Challenge

Greg and his team at Heard and Co. took on our mission to sell our property with potentially a limited buyers range. From the first inspection, he managed our expectations well, was realistic to deal with and worked around our individual needs to provide a first class service that was truly above and beyond what was expected. Yes we achieved the desired price, actually slight above listed with two parties competing for our property, but even if the figures weren't achieved it was the process on how he went about things that really stood out. Always returned calls, always keep us abreast of what was happening, made recommendations and gave sound advice that increased our ability to sell our property. If there for an issue, he knew before we did and already had a solution in place with our blessing or consultation. Nothing was too much of a hassle, which made our experience hassle free, and in a busy world not too often can others take on the responsibility and perhaps even manage it better than what I could have myself. My advice, at least ask him how and why he will sell your house, the answer may very well be a refreshing one - well done Greg, Jacob and the team at Heard and Co.
