Greg displayed humility and honesty
In the beginning I asked questions of Greg's company and another, to compare their responses. I decided he was the one because he was true to what he said. He is passionate for both people and property and dealing with varying needs between the two parties was difficult for Greg during this sale; he gave more than his fair share of time. That being said contracts were signed within a month with a higher than the fixed sale price. He guided on how to ready the property without over capitalising.
