Brent and his team were the most professional agents we have ever dealt with in selling a house. After establishing a price for our house it was clear from the outset that Brent was working for us to achieve our ambition. It took about 2 months to sell our place and in that time we would of had 2-3 prospective buyers on average, come through our house each week. In addition to the weekly open houses, Brent would contact us mid week every week to provide feedback on the previous open house and inform us of prospective buyers contacted over the last week and whether they would be attending the next open house. We also received a written summary of all the open house contacts and their feedback about a month into the campaign. Finally, we were delighted with the price we got for our property and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Brent and his team.
