I approached Tom in regards to purchasing an apartment in which I was renting from Meadow Partners with the unrealistically chance of acquiring the property. Once approaching Tom it was clear that he was there to help and was extremely educated on the property and had a good relationship with the current owners. Not only did Tom work extremely fast, he was extremely professional and an all round gentlemen. I was able to acquire the property very fast for a fair price. Tom was great. Got us a fair valuation, completed the sale expeditiously, efficiently with the Purchaser. He acted as our Agent when we bought the unit in 2014, we were very happy with his service then and his service in 2020 with the sale.
