Grant Giordano - Sotheby's

Our experience with Grant Giordano from Sotheby's was excellent. From the start he was realistic, recognised and explained that our property while excellent, was unusual, clearly setting out the process he thought we should follow and the potential problems we might have. He explained the rationale for pricing the house and defined a poor result, a reasonable result and a good result. He and we received excellent support and communication from the Directors and other team members at Sotheby's and felt supported throughout. Grant was proactive in helping us "stage" the house. We have been through this before. This was painless compared with previous experiences. Highly recommended.
