Expertise, quality service and compassion.

Phillip and the entire team at Meridian went above and beyond to assist me during a house sale after it was left to me as an inheritance from my uncle. I am based in the UK and upon arrival in Melbourne I realised the overwhelming task ahead of me to make the house ready for sale, something that would have been impossible by myself during the time I had to get probate underway. Many companies will make bold claims about the level of service they offer but Meridian don't make just make claims, they make things happen! Within 1 hour of reaching out to Philip he had come to visit in person to see the property and discuss what he could offer. After explaining my situation he made a phone call and moments later he had helped arranged a company to come out and fit a broken fence before any agreement was in place, simply out of kindness and sympathy at the situation I was in. I knew right then this was the team I wanted to go with for the house sale, and it was a decision I would make a thousand times over having now gone through the process. Phillip explained the house sale process to me having been unfamiliar with it due not being an Australian citizen. He would make monumental efforts to talk to me at every step of the process from house repairs, legal requirements, auctions and the final sale which would often be unsocial hours due to the 11 hour time difference. My uncle lived in that hours for nearly 50 years and Phillip helped honour his legacy with the house sale and made sure it found it ways to right people. I would recommend Meridian and Phillip to anyone in Melbourne who may require their expertise, assistance and services.
