Great communication by Paul before and during the whole process. Very professional and trustworthy.

Paul gave us good advice about preparing the home for sale and even advice regarding the house we ended up buying. Paul selected a price range which was based on prices for similar nearby housing. But the result was beyond what we expected with the process from advertising to signing being about 5 days - three inspections (18 prospective buyers for the first, 18 with some overlap for the second and 5 on the 3rd day, 10 offers by the following day at 5pm!) within a very short time of each other worked well! Nicole, the actual salesperson, was also very personable and helpful.
