Got the job done during difficult market

I did my research quite thoroughly before selecting Joseph to represent our family in this sale. I looked up the best agents in postcode 2000 and got them to submit a comprehensive proposal. We wanted to ensure the best chance of highest success, so we vacated our tenant, cleaned the property, styled and marketed at the highest possible upgrade on all the major portals. Despite our significant efforts, the market didn't respond as strong as we had hoped due to COVID. However, Joseph and his team persevered week in, week out. They continued showing the property minimum twice per week until we finally achieved our result.
