Was very pleased with the advertising, especially the photos, and they knew what tenants were likely to rent out my place. They kept me informed continuously as to whom was interested, who came to see the place, until we got the appropriate tenants. Now they let me know if there are any issues that need to be attended to, and they collect the rent and pay it to me on a designated date each month so that I know what my income is.
