Selling successfully in a rather flooded market.

It took 9 weeks but in the end David came through with a buyer for my lovely unit with a front row seat to the jacaranda extravaganza across the street. I thought the photos of the unit used to advertise were pretty impressive which made me even more reluctant to sell, and puzzled that it wasn't snapped straight away, but it had to be done. Every Friday it meant cleaning up for presentation on Saturday with David and Lukas doing the selling and hopeful each time that someone would like the apartment as much as I do. In the end I was pretty happy with the result and can recommend David and his crew. This was the second time I have used David to successfully sell an apartment.
