Could not have done it without Janet!

Janet approached us when she heard we were trying to sell out property. We immediately liked this hands-on initiative, which we quickly learned is Jante’s trademark. The sale of our house was by no means straight forward and Janet went beyond all expectations to help keep us on track and assisting with the renovations we were doing prior to putting the house on the market. Janet’s dedication and commitment event went as far as overseeing some emergency work to fix a sinkhole that unexpectedly opened in our garden after we had accepted an offer, we had already relocated interstate at this point and were unable to do much ourselves. To top it all off, the prospective purchaser’s initial financing option was not approved and they had to find a new lender. Janet calmly guided us through this process and made sure we always kept our sanity. In the end, I’m not sure how/if we would have gotten through the sale of our house if it weren’t for Janet’s great initiative, professional expertise and sheer infinite patience. If we ever sell a house again, Janet will surely be our first choice as an agent.
