Service with a smile

I had my property with (agency name removed) for 6 months. I had no offers on the property and later learnt that - the address on the brochure for my property was wrong - it did not have the right street address; unbeknown to me the open inspections included the tenants dogs and cats wandering through the property at the same time, and the back garden was completely destroyed. (Agency name removed) were also managing the property for me. On one occasion the agents mother opened the property and when questioned about car parking did not have a clue and had to ask the neighbours. After 6 months I approached Kris from MichaelKris and from that moment he used every marketing tool available to him and persisted to I finally had settlement last Friday. He never gave up and gave top class service throughout the Sales Agreement. I might add his commission rate was a good 1.5% lower than (agency name removed). I would recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property
