The transaction in regard to selling a home can be stressful , however Phil managed to keep his cool which allowed me to keep mine. We actually bought our house through Phil, so he was first choice when it was time to sell. Phil was spot on with his market value of our home, was always on top of communication, he was also fantastic with organising a great photographer for the marketing photos & stayed for the duration of the photoshoot. Phil was great with the negotiation process & the entire process in general. Phil & his team were all easy to deal with & extremely helpful & efficient throughout the entire process. I remain completely satisfied with every aspect of the sale of my property through Phil Haines and his team. Phil was super to deal with through the entire process. He was quick to respond to any questions that we had and clear and transparent with his answers. He kept us informed through the entire process, which was extremely smooth, especially given it was a 28 day settlement. On top of this, his local knowledge and tips on the area were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!!

It took a fair time to sell our block but the market was not an easy one until the price was reduced because the road to the block was unmade and had to be built by the new owner. Phil to his credit persisted and it eventually sold.
