The sale process was executed with strong communications and professionalism.

Phil helped me place the said property on the market. Helped organizing the disposal of household furniture and other items. Tidying up the garden areas and clean internal space of a 3 bedroom house. The transaction in regard to selling a home can be stressful , however Phil managed to keep his cool which allowed me to keep mine.
