Excellent experience from start to finish!

For me, what set William apart from other's was his confidence, his knowledge and most importantly I never felt any pressure to appoint him when selecting against other agents. Whilst the logical choice would have been to appoint a local agent, I decided to trust my gut and I am glad to say it paid off from day 1! From the moment the property was listed on the campaign, he was extremely helpful, giving me sold advice on things such as guide price, furnishing and being positive but realistic on the target price, with the aim to get best price outcome, but within a reasonable time period. I'm glad to say that William managed to get my property sold and settled within 7 weeks of listing and at a price which was higher than my initial target. William also managed to negotiate favourable settlement terms without me even needing to mention anything.
