An excellent leader of a competent team.

Mr Li is the director of a very competent team. I have recently sold an apartment in St. Leonards, using the Midlands team. My association with Midlands has been two years as a letting agent and about 2 months as a sales agent. I selected them as my agent as the office staff were pleasant, helpful and oozed efficiency. They appeared to be in good contact with the St. Leonards community. My letting experience with Midlands was impeccable, so selecting them as my sales agent was virtually automatic. The sale was quick and the price accurate, the final selling price falling merely $10,000 short of the advertised price.
