One of the most honest Real Estate Agents in the industry- a rare find!

When I engaged Liza for potentially selling my home, she was extremely honest and explained how the market in St Andrew’s Beach was sitting. 3 months later, she reached out and honesty believed she could help us achieve our selling goal.. 9 days later our home was sold. Liza does not waste time, she works with local people who work with her to meet Vendor expectations. She is hands on, she helped move furniture for photo shoots, she arrived to opens and helped with final presentation touches. When the offers started coming in, she did not push greed, she was fair and reasonable in her discussions with the purchaser and honest with us ( Vendor). She outlined honesty what was a fair and reasonable price based on the market in the area she knows so well.
