Chris impressed us by his professionalism, knowledge of the market and good judgement. Right from the start, when I was choosing between agents Chris stood out from the crowd as being extremely conscientious, hard working and committed to getting the best outcome. Chris was as good as his word, and it was obvious we had selected the best agent at many stages during the journey to sale. During our campaign there were instances of uncertainty and Chris was integral in getting the most out of our campaign. He was punctual at all openings, ethical and honest in his dealings, and pro-active in his strategy. When things slowed he had ideas and was quick to take action. We are so grateful for his skill and expertise. We are so appreciative of how much time and effort he put into assisting us. Chris has a real advantage over other agents we met, with his excellent communication skills. I saw how he handled a lazy, arrogant, argumentative conveyancer with tact and patience. Chris never lost his cool. He was observed being polite and attentive to buyers, and kept us informed. There was a problem that arose during conveyancing preparations, which caused us a great deal of stress. Chris was amazing at figuring out what was required to solve the problem with his knowledge and experience of real estate procedures, and forwarding that on to the conveyancer. This was above and beyond his workload, but his wise head and good judgement about the situation averted disaster. We recommend Chris so highly, for all he has done. The outcome of the auction was very favourable, and we were very happy. This was not due to luck alone, but the actions of Chris Macey who worked extremely hard to achieve that result.
