Hooray, sold and the new beginning about to start

It was a slow start but Jess kept us up todate all the way. Then it was very busy indeed and she was here every day. We always found Jess to be so pleasant, good sense of humour and very knowledgeable. Even when it went under offer, she backed us all the way including preparation before settlement. This helped to steady the nerves and keep stress levels manageable. Jess introduced us to a colleague early in the peace just in case needed. There was always someone available and up to date as to where we were up. We are very grateful and very happy too. Thankyou Jess. We also wish Jess and hubby, parents in waiting, every happiness for the safe arrival of their first child not too far away.
