Tony does it again

This is the third property I have sold through Tony in the last 18 months. So those who want an ongoing assessment of Tony should also read my previous responses on this forum. We planned this from the time of the last sale, so one of his best qualities is patience. I was not pushed because we had briefed on the strategy and timelines. Finally I was comfortable that I understood what we could acheive at the time of listing based on my needs and where the market was at. Tony is proactive, like a sprinter out of the starting blocks he was in full control. The first open had 12 groups through on a Saturday and I received the offer I wanted by the following Thursday and the deals was done. The key was good communication which we have maintained over both short and long term planning. I have since called Tony and discussed my next project as I want him on my team.
