WAYNE HAD ANTICIPATED THE REALISED SALE PRICE BASED ON HIS KNOWLEDGE OF PROPERTIES IN THE AREA AND IT PROVED TO BE ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON. IT WAS FAR GREATER THAN WHAT I HAD THOUGHT COULD BE POSSIBLE. WITH HIS TEAM PARTNER PARIS THEY KEPT ME INFORMED ON THE HOUSE OPENINGS AND GAVE ME A RUNNING OVERVIEW OF THE NUMBERS WHO ATTENDED AND OF WHOM THEY SAW AS POTENTIAL PURCHASERS. FROM GO TO WHOA, THAT IS FROM THE SIGNING WITH HIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY ON THE 8/10/16 TO THE CONTRACT OF SALE ON THE 28/10/16 AND FINAL SETTLEMENT ON THE 25/10/16 ALL WENT ACCORDING TO PLAN. MY WISH FOR AN EARLY SETTLEMENT WITHOUT GOING TO AUCTION AS DESIRABLE WAS ADMIRABLY FULFILLED.
