My property was managed by Peter and his team for rental purposes from Feb 2012 till May 2015. During this period he and his team were at fore front in tenant management, property inspections, rental collection and property maintenance. Peter was always accessible to me. I moved to Canberra in 2012 and remained out of touch with Peter but was pleasantly surprised when I called Peter unannounced after 2 years and he recognised me from my voice. My property location was disadvantaged due to proximity of industrial area. When I asked him to sell my property he stood to the challenge and launched a well planned marketing campaign. He kept me up to date with the progress, gave his expert advise and sought decisions in very timely manner. He fine tuned the marketing campaign to achieve desired results.
