Nicola has been successful for a reason, she’s very good at what she does!

If you have already read her other reviews and seen her sales records that should tell you enough. What you may not know is that alongside being professional, friendly and caring, Nicola helped with practical side of the sales journey. Included was the use of her professional home stylist (making it look good) who said what changes would potentially make the most difference to the sales price. It was then up to me to decide which ones to do. She also had trades people to recommend and this really made a difference. Getting the place ready can be quite arduous aside from the emotional side of selling a place. This was my parents house who have now moved to a care home and I live three hours down south. Nicola was totally supportive and helpful the whole time it was a really nice experience and I’m super glad to have selected her. At the end we had two solid offers on the table within a reasonable timeframe and the price we got was around what we had hoped for. Nicola really delivered on what she said and I highly recommend you use her to sell your home.
