Nabin was very helpful and a even as a buyer was open and to questions and always happy to assist and quick to respond. During price negotiations we got to an agreement literally within minutes working with the vendor and myself to get the deal done to best suit everyone, and move to contract quickly. I'm a novice atthis buying thing and we were also working with an end date for our rental lease and Nabin was able to negotiate a suitable term for us also.
