Knowledgeable, trustworthy - and no spin! The most stress-free sale I have ever made.

To set the scene: I’d relocated to Victoria and had rented out my house while I decided whether I was settling in Melbourne or going to head back home. In deciding to sell, I looked at a number of agents as (like everyone) I wanted a quick outcome at the top of the price range. In all my discussions I was very clear: the house had been tenanted, I knew it was going to need “work” but I needed an agent who was prepared to manage the entire process point to point: contractors, renos, maintenance, styling, marketing - right up to settlement. And that is what I found with Victor and Angela!! Oh wow: amazing communication, outstanding service, honest, reliable and responsive. They fixed my house from ex-rental to showcase without any grief at my end (and for half the price that I’d been quoted by others). Every step of the way I was kept updated ... I was able to go about my job in Melbourne knowing that the entire process was in safe hands. So, six days after the first open - sold !! For almost $100k more than some of the other quotes. The purchaser clearly trusted them as well (which is hugely important) as the entire sale was settled in three weeks from exchange. I honestly can’t thank Victor and Angela enough. It’s a tough call putting your house in the hands of agents you’ve never met (true !!) and in another state. Trusting them to give you honest advice on what’s needed to take the property to market, what sale price you can expect, trusting them to find you the right contractors at the right price ... and then negotiating through a sale right through to a stress-free settlement. I honestly cannot recommend Victor and Angela highly enough - and still to this day have never laid eyes on them!!!
