I didn't think selling my home could be stressfree

To say that Michael and Jack were wonderful, would be an understatement. There was nothing that Michael wasn't prepared to help with, and not a single thing was ever an issue or stress. They are truly lovely agents, who were kind and supportive. I am so happy with the outcome of the sale of the house, but too, I was never left hoping for anything more from what Michael and Jack offered during or after the sale process.

Exceptional knowledge and ease

Michael made the sale of my home easy with an outstanding result. Michael’s knowledge of the market and the sales process meant I didn’t need to worry about anything. Michael didn’t bother me with offers that weren’t worth considering, he managed them until he had something I would consider. I think this shows a level of expertise that only comes with years in the industry. Nothing was ever a problem and he and his team delivered on everything they said they would.

Genuine warmth and professionalism

I have known Michael Montano for many years as his family name is synonymous with Real Estate in the inner West. Although Michael kept in contact over the years he was never pushy and I always felt genuine warmth from him and sincerity which is sometimes hard to find in the Real Estate industry. When it came time to sell my house, this made it an easy choice to select Michael along with the knowledge of his many sales and success in the area. Hats off to Michael and his team.

Selling a house can be a very daunting and stressful process. Michael carefully explained all the steps needed to achieve our goal. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, had good knowledge of current market trends, and displayed excellent communication skills with clients. He consistently kept us updated and worked very hard to achieve the best possible outcome for us. Excellent service

Michael knowledge regarding real estate knowledge was excellent professional and sober. He was punctual in attending to matters to my inquiries and had very lucid answers and immense experience in moving my property to the complex web of Price negotiation with purchasers which ultimately got me the price he told me initially and got it in two weeks' time. Michael was present at every open for inspection and we had a full report of each person who went through and took a contract. We had a great turn out for every open a lot was due to the marketing Michael put behind the scenes. House sold with great ease and no stress, and all within 2 weeks of being on market.
